Freemotion Fitness had an unsuccessful Salesforce implementation that left them with a non-functional CRM.

Salesforce didn’t connect with their in-house systems, giving them inaccurate information, difficult reporting, siloed data, and multiple inefficient data entry processes. 

The Solution

A new implementation with custom integrations.

Our team successfully reimplemented Salesforce with custom integrations. We started by understanding their business needs, current processes, and desired outcomes to create a solution that connected their data and streamlined their processes. To create that solution, we implemented and connected Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ Quoting, and Revenova for freight and shipping logistics. Then we created custom integrations to their in-house systems.

With their new integrated instance of Salesforce, Freemotion Fitness has seen an increase in internal communication and collaboration. Additionally, their customers have seen the impact of their new systems.
