Recent legislation (the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act, or “CARES”) responding to the COVID-19 emergency provides significant financial aid and grants for small business owners.

This webinar will discuss some of this aid, including: The Paycheck Protection Program, the Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program (EIDL), and certain tax credit programs.

He is also experienced with both the buying and selling sides of domestic and foreign joint ventures, as well as a variety of IRS controversy matters, including IRS exams and appeals hearings.
